1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using UhMazynBrands.com or any services offered by UhMazyn Brands — including UhMazyn Beauty, UhMazyn Designs, Resume Envy, RISE Cosmetology, and The Onyx Collective (collectively "UhMazyn Brands," "we," "us," or "our") — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Our Services
UhMazyn Brands offers a range of products and services across five sub-brands:
• Resume Envy — Professional resume writing, career coaching, and career-related digital products
• UhMazyn Beauty — Beauty consulting, product recommendations, and beauty-related content
• UhMazyn Designs — Graphic design, branding, and creative design services
• RISE Cosmetology — Cosmetology state board exam prep courses and educational content
• The Onyx Collective — Murder mystery entertainment, event experiences, and related products
3. Digital Products & Downloads
All digital products sold through UhMazyn Brands, including but not limited to eBooks, templates, printables, PLR bundles, and course materials, are delivered electronically and are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.
By purchasing a digital product, you agree to the following:
• You may use the product for personal or business use as specified in the product listing
• You may NOT resell, redistribute, share, or claim authorship of any digital product unless it is explicitly labeled as a PLR (Private Label Rights) product
• PLR products may be edited and resold under your own brand, but may not be resold as-is or transferred with resale rights to others
• Unauthorized distribution of our digital products is a violation of copyright law
4. Service-Based Work
For service-based offerings such as resume writing, graphic design, and cosmetology consulting, the following terms apply:
• A deposit or full payment may be required before work begins, as specified at the time of purchase
• Revisions are limited to the number stated in your service agreement or product listing
• Timelines provided are estimates and may vary based on project complexity and client responsiveness
• UhMazyn Brands reserves the right to decline any project at our discretion
• Client-provided materials (photos, text, brand assets) are assumed to be owned by or licensed to the client — we are not responsible for copyright issues arising from client-supplied content
5. Events & Entertainment (The Onyx Collective)
The Onyx Collective provides murder mystery entertainment experiences and event packages. The following terms apply:
• Event bookings require a deposit to secure your date, which is non-refundable if cancelled within 14 days of the event
• Full cancellations made more than 14 days in advance may be eligible for a credit toward a future booking
• UhMazyn Brands is not liable for circumstances beyond our control (weather, venue issues, illness, etc.) that require rescheduling
• All game materials, scripts, and content are the intellectual property of The Onyx Collective and may not be reproduced or redistributed
6. Educational Courses (RISE Cosmetology)
RISE Cosmetology offers state board exam prep courses and educational materials. The following terms apply:
• Course access is granted to the individual purchaser only and may not be shared or transferred
• Course content is proprietary and may not be recorded, screenshotted, or redistributed in any form
• We do not guarantee specific exam results — outcomes depend on individual study effort and preparation
• Refunds for courses are not available once access has been granted
7. Payments & Refunds
All prices are listed in US dollars. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
Refund eligibility is as follows:
• Digital products: No refunds once downloaded or accessed
• Service deposits: Non-refundable
• Physical products (if applicable): Refunds or exchanges accepted within 7 days of delivery for damaged or defective items only
• Courses: No refunds once access is granted
• Event bookings: See Section 5 above
If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction at the contact information below.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on UhMazynBrands.com and across all UhMazyn Brands sub-brands — including logos, graphics, written content, game scripts, course materials, and digital products — is the intellectual property of UhMazyn Brands and is protected by copyright law.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission, except as permitted under applicable PLR product terms.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any specific results will be achieved through use of our services.
Resume Envy services are intended to improve the quality and presentation of your resume — we do not guarantee employment outcomes. RISE Cosmetology courses are intended to assist with exam preparation — we do not guarantee passing scores.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, UhMazyn Brands shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service or product at issue.
11. User Conduct
When interacting with UhMazyn Brands online — including our website, social media pages, and community platforms — you agree not to:
• Post false, misleading, or defamatory content
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or our team
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our website or systems
• Use our platforms to spam, solicit, or advertise without permission
12. Third-Party Platforms
UhMazyn Brands operates across third-party platforms including Etsy, Skool, Facebook, Instagram, and MailerLite. Your use of those platforms is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the policies or actions of third-party platforms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Shelby County, Tennessee.
